Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your services. Our cancellation policy ensures that both parties are treated fairly.

  1. Consultation Cancellation:

    • For one-on-one consultations or booked meetings, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked session rate.

  2. Project or Service Package Cancellation:

    • If you need to cancel a consultancy project or service package after it has started, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation will be subject to the following terms:

      • If cancellation occurs before the service has begun, you will receive a full refund of any prepayments, minus any applicable administrative fees.

      • If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, we will assess the amount of work completed, and you will be charged for the services already rendered. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

  3. Force Majeure:

    • If either party is unable to perform their obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to either reschedule or adjust the terms of service accordingly.
