Refund Policy

At GoinGlobal, we aim for complete satisfaction with the services you receive. However, as consultancy services are often tailored and project-based, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Refunds for Consultancy Services:

    • Due to the nature of consultancy work, once services are rendered or advice is given, we are unable to issue refunds. This includes any strategic planning, consultation sessions, or deliverables provided.

  2. Prepayment for Services:

    • For any services that require a deposit or prepayment, the deposit is non-refundable once the work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  3. Exceptions:

    • In the rare case where a service has not been delivered as promised or significantly deviates from the agreed scope, you may be eligible for a partial refund, or we may offer an alternative solution, such as additional services at no extra charge. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Service Disputes:

    • If you feel that the services provided did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 10 days of service completion. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
